Membership Freeze or Unfreeze Form

To freeze or unfreeze your tanning membership, fill out the online form with your chosen start and end dates. Freezing is free and can last up to 40 weeks, but must start and end on a Saturday and be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Freeze or Unfreeze My Membership

Freeze START date:

*Your Freeze MUST start on a Saturday and must be a future date, cannot be back dated.

Freeze END date or UNFREEZE date:

*A Membership can only be frozen up to 40 weeks (max) at a time and MUST be unfrozen on a Saturday Date within that 40 week time frame.
