Freeze or Unfreeze your Membership
To temporarily freeze or unfreeze your tanning membership, complete our online form and select your preferred start and end dates. The freeze can last up to 40 weeks, beginning and ending on a Saturday, at no cost. Ensure to submit the request at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Cancel your Membership
To cancel your membership, fill out the online form at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Canceling is free, but if you choose to rejoin instead of freezing your account, you will need to repay the membership start-up fee.
Update your Credit Card info or Settle your Account Balance
