With Sunchain Tanning, managing your membership is a breeze. In fact, you can freeze or cancel your membership with just one day’s notice and update your billing info from your cozy couch. Need help? Their locations are only a call away, during business hours.

Attention Ahwatukee Clients:
The Ahwatukee Salon is Temporarily Closed Due to Water Damage.
We’re sorry, but Sunchain Ahwatukee is temporarily closed after a major water line break caused extensive flooding and damage to our walls, flooring and equipment. Our tanning beds have been taken apart to dry and evaluate, and portions of the salon must be rebuilt.
We our CURRENTLY ANTICIPATING REOPENING ON OCTOBER 2ND.
In the meantime, Ahwatukee clients are welcome at our Scottsdale or Mesa locations. We’ll also be pushing out billings and working with our Ahwatukee clients to make things right once we reopen.

Freeze or Unfreeze your Membership
To temporarily freeze or unfreeze your tanning membership, complete our online form and select your preferred start and end dates. The freeze can last up to 40 weeks, beginning and ending on a Saturday, at no cost. Ensure to submit the request at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancel your Membership
To cancel your membership, fill out the online form at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Canceling is free, but if you choose to rejoin instead of freezing your account, you will need to repay the membership start-up fee.

Update Credit Card or Settle Account Balance
