These Membership Terms & Conditions govern all Sunchain Tanning memberships. By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Eligibility
Members must meet all age requirements required by Arizona law for tanning services.
Valid government-issued identification may be required.
2. Membership Billing
Memberships are recurring monthly memberships.
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your monthly billing date until your membership is properly canceled.
3. Start-Up Fee
A one-time enrollment or start-up fee may apply to new memberships unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits vary depending on the membership purchased.
Benefits may include:
- Unlimited tanning
- Unlimited Red Light Therapy
- Spray tanning discounts
- Product discounts
- Upgrade discounts
- Access to multiple Sunchain locations
- Member-only promotions
- Benefits may change from time to time.
5. Membership Freeze
Members may freeze their membership according to Sunchain’s current freeze policy.
A freeze request must be received at least one (1) day before the next scheduled billing date.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late freeze requests.
Membership billing resumes automatically at the conclusion of the freeze period unless otherwise stated.
6. Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) day before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests received after that deadline will become effective following the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.
No cancellations may be backdated.
Members remain responsible for any charges processed before an effective cancellation request is received.
7. Refund Policy
All membership fees, session packages, services, products, gift cards, and promotional purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Unused visits, tanning time, promotional offers, and membership benefits have no cash value.
8. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, Sunchain may attempt to process the payment again.
Your membership benefits may be suspended until your account is brought current.
Accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts or membership cancellation.
9. Membership Changes
Sunchain reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, available equipment, operating hours, services, or policies.
Reasonable notice will be provided when required by law.
10. Salon Rules
Members agree to follow all salon policies, employee instructions, equipment guidelines, sanitation procedures, and safety requirements.
Failure to follow salon policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
11. Health & Safety
Members acknowledge that tanning and wellness services may not be appropriate for everyone.
Members are responsible for following all posted instructions and disclosing any medical conditions or medications that could affect their services.

12. Promotional Offers
Special promotions:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
- May expire.
- May be changed or discontinued without notice.
- Membership promotions apply only as specifically advertised.
13. Packages
Session packages, promotional packages, and prepaid services expire according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Expiration dates cannot be extended except where required by law.
14. Lost Membership Cards or Account Access
Sunchain reserves the right to verify member identity before providing services.
Replacement cards or account credentials may be subject to applicable fees.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunchain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from membership participation or use of salon services, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing Law
These Membership Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
17. Changes to These Terms
Sunchain may revise these Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting on our website.
